Return and Replacement Policy
We strictly follow a "No Return" policy.
- A product can be replaced only when the customer receives a different product instead of the ordered product.
- A product can be returned and replaced if there is a manufacturing defect or if the date of expiry has been exceeded.
- Customers are requested to email photos of the damaged product (as received) to sales@skchai.co.in within 24 hours to request a replacement. The replacement product will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
- The company will not refund the money if the customer fails to receive the product courier.
- No cash refunds will be made for the above instructions.
Cancellation Policy
- Customers are not entitled to cancel the order directly.
- Cancellation of an order can be done only by the company.
- Cancellations may occur due to unavailability of stock, lack of courier service for the location, or unavailability of delivery service. Money will be refunded if the order is cancelled for the above conditions.
